1. Good enough sleep (min 8 hours. Try to make a habit to go to the bed till 22:00)
2. Food choice: stay away from refined sugars, high carbs, processed foods and seed oils.
3. Exercise at least 4 times per week
4. Stay hydrated (drink enough water at least 2 litters of water)
4. Meditation/self care (try to find the time for yourself. Do what you like to do)
5. Good quality supplements
